THE UKB DIDN’T ALLOW THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES TO ACCESS THE BENEFITS THEY EARNED.
In May of 2025, employees of the UKB attempted to access their retirement accounts with money those employees had earned. But - the UKB didn’t allow their employees to access their own money raising the possibility that UKB had mismanaged the funds for years. We still don't know if any of these hardworking employees will ever be able to access their hard-earned money in full.

The UKB has cheated their own people to enrich their leadership***
The UKB thinks they play by a different set of rules. For years, UKB was the only gaming tribe in Oklahoma that didn’t pay their taxes with the state, despite generating $13 million annually. WHERE HAS THAT MONEY GONE? There have been reports of unauthorized bonuses, Washington DC lobbyists, elaborate expense accounts, and other perks all paid out to leadership. The UKB will stop at nothing to hide the truth.****
